About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Property Valuer to join their dynamic team in Leicester . Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough property inspections and market research to determine accurate property valuations.
• Prepare detailed and professional valuation reports for a variety of clients, including mortgage lenders, investors, and private individuals.
• Provide expert advice on property values, market trends, and potential investment opportunities within the Leicester area.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices affecting property valuation.
• Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure smooth transaction processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Property Valuer or Surveyor, with a strong portfolio of successful valuations.
• Professional qualification such as RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of the Leicester and surrounding property markets.
• Excellent analytical, report-writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property valuation software and standard office applications.
• A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
