About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Property Valuer to join their fully remote team, serving the Wolverhampton and wider West Midlands region. This senior position requires extensive expertise in accurately valuing a wide spectrum of properties for various purposes, including mortgage lending, investment analysis, and dispute resolution. You will be responsible for leading valuation efforts, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and providing expert insights to clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive property valuations for residential, commercial, and specialist assets.
• Prepare detailed, accurate, and compliant valuation reports for diverse client needs.
• Apply knowledge of market trends, economic factors, and local conditions to inform valuations.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and present findings.
• Ensure all valuations meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company best practices.
• Mentor junior valuers and contribute to the development of valuation methodologies.

Requirements

• Full MRICS or FRICS qualification and RICS Registered Valuer status are essential.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in property valuation across multiple sectors.
• Expertise in various valuation methodologies and reporting standards.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
