Senior Proposals Leader — Bid Strategy & Delivery

WSP UK & Ireland seeks a strategic Senior Proposals Manager to lead and manage the bid lifecycle, from capture planning through to submission. You will drive winning strategies, coordinate bid teams, and liaise with clients and partners to deliver high-quality proposals.

You will champion best practices in work-winning, mentor staff, and help develop solutions that meet client objectives. This role requires UK-wide travel and collaboration across disciplines.
