About the Role

You will work closely with development and product teams to integrate testing into the development lifecycle and drive continuous improvement in their testing strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts for web applications and APIs.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs using bug tracking systems.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved to ensure fixes do not introduce new issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand technical designs and implement appropriate test strategies.
• Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Execute performance and load testing where necessary to ensure system stability under stress.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on test automation.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for automation, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript .
• Experience with automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Postman .
• Knowledge of API testing tools and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
