Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Design and implement performance and load testing strategies to ensure application scalability and stability.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with development teams to resolve them.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote a strong quality-focused culture across the organisation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on test automation.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) for test automation scripting.
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and defect tracking systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
