Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks and test scripts.
• Execute manual and automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects clearly and concisely.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Implement continuous testing practices within the CI/CD pipeline.
• Identify and advocate for improvements in testing processes and tools to enhance overall quality.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong emphasis on test automation .
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for test automation (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
