You will play a critical part in identifying defects, advocating for quality throughout the development lifecycle, and mentoring junior QA team members. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to understand product requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform regression testing, performance testing, and usability testing as needed.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a strong quality culture within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and software testing.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA) and test management tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
