Senior QS – Social Housing Refurbishment (Grimsby/Boston)

Fortem seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor for the Northern Projects division. Based in Grimsby or Boston, you will oversee commercial management across social housing refurbishment contracts with travel across northern sites, ensuring cost control and contractual compliance.

You will bring extensive experience in social housing, strong Excel and accounting skills, and a proven ability to optimise cash flow and resolve disputes with clients.
