Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain advanced quality assurance plans and procedures for complex manufacturing workflows.
- Conduct rigorous testing and analysis of new and existing production processes, identifying areas for improvement and potential risks.
- Lead root cause analysis for quality defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and R&D teams to integrate quality best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
- Mentor junior QA staff and promote a proactive approach to quality management across the organization.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor key quality metrics and generate comprehensive reports for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, specifically within the manufacturing or production sector.
- Proficiency with quality management systems (QMS) and statistical process control (SPC) tools.
- Demonstrated experience in remote collaboration and using digital project management and communication tools.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
