Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods to verify compliance with specifications.
- Develop, document, and maintain detailed quality control procedures, standards, and protocols.
- Analyse inspection and test data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Prepare detailed quality reports, including non-conformance reports and final inspection certificates.
- Stay abreast of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in quality management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within the manufacturing sector .
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Experience with various inspection tools and techniques, including CMM operation.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in using quality control software and Microsoft Office Suite.
