Senior Quality Engineer | Lead Quality & Customer

Pertemps is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, to join a well-established manufacturing business on a permanent basis. Salary is £40,000–£50,000 per year, with Monday–Friday days.

You will lead the Quality Inspection Team on the shop floor, own inspection and release decisions, manage customer quality issues, and drive continuous improvement using structured problem-solving tools such as 8D, 5 Whys and Fishbone.
