Senior Quality Engineering Lead – Automation & CI/CD

Solirius Reply, part of the Reply Group, seeks an experienced Quality Engineering Lead to shape testing strategies across client projects. You will lead automation, API, and end-to-end testing while collaborating with delivery teams and stakeholders.

You will mentor QA/SDET engineers, promote shift-left practices, and drive CI/CD integration in rapid, high-paced environments. Government/public sector experience is desirable.
