Senior Quantity Surveyor: Lead Commercial & Projects

Johnson Controls is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the UK to oversee quantity surveying and commercial management from contract award to completion. You will lead a team of Quantity Surveyors, take responsibility for their performance, and provide commercial and contractual advice to Sales and Projects teams.

You will coach and develop the team, including apprentices, ensuring successful financial outcomes while mitigating risk.
