About you

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent
• Strong main-contractor experience
• Proven track record delivering significant new-build projects
• Excellent commercial, contractual, and negotiation skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently and take project ownership
• Willingness to travel regularly across UK projects

What you'll do

• Manage procurement and commercial aspects of subcontract packages
• Conduct monthly valuations, cost reporting, and CVRs
• Oversee variations, contractual entitlement, and final accounts
• Collaborate closely with Contracts, Site, and Design teams
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities
• Maintain strong commercial control throughout the project lifecycle
• Report regularly to senior management, ensuring project profitability and compliance
