Job Description
An expanding, international Construction Consultancy based in Cheshire is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work alongside international clients on a range of Data Centre projects.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in delivering projects from inception through to completion, providing expert cost management and building strong relationships with clients throughout the process.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work within a smaller team, providing mentorship to junior members while keeping the Directors updated on project progress and ensuring work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

5+ Years working within a UK PQS MRICS is preferred Ideally experience working on Data Centres Strong communication skills are essential Able to mentor / guide junior members of the teamIn Return?
