Location: Glasgow - Hybrid Rate: £50-£65 per hour Umbrella Contract: 52 weeks initially, with a view to extend Start: ASAP, subject to clearance IR35: Inside IR35 Clearance: SC required before starting We are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support major defence projects in Glasgow. The role offers long-term work within a highly regulated environment, with 3-4 days per week required in the Glasgow office.

Key Requirements

Significant Quantity Surveying experience, ideally within defence, nuclear, engineering or other major regulated projects. Relevant HNC/HND, degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management. Strong experience in cost management, cost forecasting, valuation, change control and commercial reporting. Experience with contracts, procurement, variations and final accounts. Strong understanding of commercial and contractual principles. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. SC clearance required before commencing.

Security & Location

British nationals only - dual nationals cannot be considered, due to security clearance requirements. Must be local to Glasgow and able to attend the office 3-4 days per week. No regular travel to other sites required. £50-£65 per hour Umbrella | Inside IR35 | 52-week contract | ASAP start
