I'm working with a specialist residential contractor who is looking to appoint a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a prestigious high-end residential development in St John's Wood.

The structural works are complete, with the project now entering the fit-out phase, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with strong finishing and commercial delivery experience.

Commercial lead on a live £15m residential project Procurement and management of subcontract packages CVRs, valuations, variations and final accounts Reporting into the Commercial Director Site-based role with immediate start The Project
