Senior Quantity Surveyor - Permanent

Location: Immingham Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 + package

I'm currently working with a well-established civil engineering and infrastructure contractor who are looking to bring an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor into their commercial team on a major port-based project in Immingham.

This is a substantial project with a strong civils focus, offering the opportunity to take ownership of commercial delivery within a busy project environment.

The role

Managing the commercial function across the project Cost control, forecasting and monthly reporting Managing change, variations and compensation events Subcontract procurement and management Applications, valuations and final accounts Identifying and managing commercial risk and opportunity Working closely with the project and commercial teamsWhat they're looking for:
