Senior Quantity Surveyor

A London based, multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy are looking to add an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor with good project delivery experience.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work alongside the Director of Cost Management, helping him with mentoring and managing the more junior Quantity Surveyors in the team, whilst also having the opportunity to get involved in business development activities in the future.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will primarily be responsible for leading high-end commercial projects, pre and post contract, with some hotel and private residential projects also on the agenda.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Preferably MRICS, or working towards completing 5+ years Quantity Surveying experience Experience within a PQS / Consultancy Comfortable delivering projects independently Solid pre and post contract knowledge Client facingIn Return?
