Senior Rail Commercial Manager (NEC/Q.S.)

T.E.D. Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager / QS for a long-term rail contract based in Milton Keynes. You will manage all quantity surveying and commercial activities on rail projects, using NEC contracts, with cost verification and cost audit experience.

6+ years QS experience, a BSc in QS or Commercial Management, MRICS preferred but not essential; IR35 applies; daily rates of £480–£500, with salaried options negotiable.
