Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify investment trends and opportunities within the London property market and beyond.

• Prepare and present in-depth investment proposals, market reports, and portfolio performance reviews to senior management and investment committees.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, financial modeling, or a related field.
• Proven ability to conduct rigorous market research and financial due diligence on commercial and residential properties.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling software and advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of real estate valuation methodologies and UK property market dynamics.
