Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis for commercial and residential properties across various UK regions.
- Develop sophisticated financial models for property valuation, acquisition, and disposition analysis, including DCF, IRR, and ROI calculations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations detailing findings, recommendations, and strategic implications for senior management and investment committees.
- Monitor real estate market indicators, economic trends, and competitor activities to identify potential investment opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners remotely to gather data and support due diligence processes.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices impacting the real estate market.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate analysis , investment, or corporate real estate.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and market research techniques.
- Strong proficiency in Excel , PowerPoint, and real estate data platforms (e.g., CoStar, Argus).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a remote setting .
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
