About the Role
Our client is looking for an accomplished Senior Real Estate Lawyer to join their highly regarded property law team in Oxford . This senior position involves managing a broad spectrum of high-value commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and complex landlord and tenant matters. You will provide expert legal guidance to a prestigious client base, including institutional investors, developers, and property companies. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute complex commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and joint ventures.
- Negotiate and draft high-value leases, development agreements, and funding documentation.
- Conduct detailed legal due diligence on substantial property portfolios.
- Advise clients on all aspects of commercial property law, including planning and environmental issues.
- Manage client relationships and provide strategic legal counsel to key stakeholders.
- Supervise and guide junior fee earners and support staff within the real estate department.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with significant post-qualification experience in commercial real estate law .
- Proven expertise in handling large-scale property transactions and development projects.
- In-depth knowledge of property law, land registration, and related statutes.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and client-advisory skills.
- Ability to manage a demanding workload and mentor junior colleagues effectively.
