Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research and property valuations to advise clients effectively.
- Lead negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties.
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize property exposure and achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, developers, and other industry stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements related to property transactions.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Real Estate Negotiator or Sales Agent with at least 5 years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the Aberdeen property market and current trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of property law and sales processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Relevant qualifications in real estate or a related field are highly desirable.
