About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Real Estate Negotiator to join their team based in Plymouth . This role is central to securing favourable terms on property transactions, whether acquisitions, disposals, or leases. You will leverage your exceptional negotiation skills and market knowledge to achieve optimal outcomes for the company, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. This on-site position requires a dedicated professional who can effectively navigate complex deal structures and build strong relationships within the property industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage negotiations for a variety of real estate transactions , including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing agreements.
• Develop and implement effective negotiation strategies to achieve the best possible terms and pricing.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and market analysis to support negotiation positions.
• Liaise with legal teams, surveyors, and other consultants throughout the transaction process.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, brokers, and financial institutions in the Plymouth region.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in real estate negotiation or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex property deals and achieving favourable outcomes.
