About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Senior Real Estate Surveyor to join their esteemed, fully remote team. You will be responsible for providing expert advice, managing complex projects, and contributing to strategic investment decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed property surveys , including building surveys, technical due diligence, and dilapidations assessments.
• Provide expert valuation advice for a diverse range of commercial, industrial, and development properties.
• Manage high-value and complex acquisition and disposal projects for clients.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, specifications, and tender documents.
• Advise on property maintenance, asset management, and development strategies.
• Liaise with clients, legal teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• Chartered Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS) with a minimum of 7 years' post-qualification experience.
• Extensive knowledge of building surveying , valuation, and property management practices.
• Proven track record in managing significant property portfolios and projects.
• Strong negotiation, report writing, and client management skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard surveying software and technologies.
• Demonstrated success in a remote working capacity, with excellent self-management skills.
