Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven track record as a qualified Real Estate Valuer with extensive experience.
- Membership in a recognized professional body (e.g., RICS).
- In-depth knowledge of the Leicester property market and surrounding areas.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in valuation software and MS Office Suite.
