About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Real Estate Valuer to join their dynamic, fully remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive property valuations for a wide range of commercial and residential assets.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and portfolio strategies.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to support valuation assessments.
• Liaise effectively with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and present findings.
• Mentor junior valuers and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.

Requirements

• Qualified Surveyor or Valuer with a recognized professional body (e.g., RICS).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in property valuation , with a strong understanding of the UK market.
• Proven ability to conduct detailed analysis and produce high-quality valuation reports.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in relevant valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
