Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Real Estate Valuer to join their dynamic team based in Aberdeen . This pivotal role involves conducting comprehensive property valuations across various asset classes, providing expert advice to clients, and contributing to the strategic growth of the company's property services division. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed property valuations for a diverse portfolio, including commercial, residential, and industrial properties.
- Prepare and present high-quality valuation reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Analyse market trends, economic factors, and comparable sales data to support valuation conclusions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Provide expert advice on property investment, development, and disposal strategies.
- Mentor junior valuers and contribute to the team's knowledge sharing and professional development initiatives.
Requirements
- RICS qualification (MRICS or FRICS) or equivalent professional body membership.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial or residential property valuation .
- In-depth knowledge of the Aberdeen property market and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, report-writing, and presentation skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region.
