Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive property valuations for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties, adhering to RICS standards.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports, supported by market research, comparable evidence, and financial analysis.
• Advise clients on property market trends, investment opportunities, and potential risks.
• Manage a portfolio of valuation assignments, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.

Requirements

• Qualified Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS) with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in property valuation .
• Proven track record in valuing a wide range of property types within the London market.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK property market, valuation methodologies, and relevant legislation.
• Excellent analytical, report-writing, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
