Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive property valuations for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties, adhering to RICS standards.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports, supported by market research, comparable evidence, and financial analysis.

- Manage a portfolio of valuation assignments, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather necessary property information and present findings.
Requirements
- Qualified Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS) with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in property valuation .
- Proven track record in valuing a wide range of property types within the London market.
- In-depth knowledge of the UK property market, valuation methodologies, and relevant legislation.
- Excellent analytical, report-writing, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in relevant valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
