Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive property valuations for residential, commercial, and industrial assets.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to support valuation conclusions, considering local economic factors and trends.
• Prepare detailed, high-quality valuation reports, ensuring compliance with RICS standards and regulatory requirements.
• Advise clients on property investment strategies, market feasibility, and potential risks.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and present findings.
• Mentor junior valuers and contribute to the continuous improvement of valuation methodologies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in real estate valuation , with a strong understanding of the UK property market.
• Qualified Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS) or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven ability to conduct complex valuations and provide robust, evidence-based advice.
• Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively in a remote setting, managing workload independently.
