Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on all aspects of talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in a strategic recruitment role, preferably as a Recruitment Business Partner .
• Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders on talent strategies.
• Proven track record of successfully filling complex and senior-level positions.
• Excellent understanding of the Leeds job market and broader UK talent landscape.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
