Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients within the digital and technology sectors.
• Source, screen, and interview high-calibre candidates for roles such as developers, designers, marketers, and product managers.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top digital talent.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates remotely.
• Negotiate terms, fees, and contracts, ensuring successful placements and client satisfaction.
• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a strong track record in the Digital or Technology sectors.
• Demonstrated ability in business development and client relationship management within a remote setting.
• Excellent understanding of digital roles, technologies, and the associated talent market.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be highly self-motivated, organised, and able to work effectively independently in a remote capacity.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and various other sourcing tools is essential.
