Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for teaching, leadership, and support roles within the education sector .
• Develop and expand relationships with schools, colleges, and universities across Plymouth and the surrounding areas.
• Source, vet, and engage high-quality candidates, ensuring they meet safeguarding and professional standards.
• Drive business development initiatives to secure new mandates and grow market share in the education market.
• Provide expert advice to clients on recruitment best practices, market trends, and salary benchmarks.
• Ensure compliance with all safeguarding regulations and educational recruitment standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a strong specialization in Education recruitment .
• Demonstrated success in candidate sourcing, client relationship management, and business development.
• Thorough understanding of the education sector, including different levels and types of institutions.
