Our client, a reputable Recruitment Consultancy operating in Glasgow and across Scotland, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead their expanding engineering recruitment division. You will be responsible for driving success within the engineering sector, building strong relationships with clients, and attracting top-tier engineering talent. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for engineering positions, including mechanical, civil, and electrical engineering roles.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified engineering professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the engineering and construction sectors across Scotland.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and provide expert advice to clients.
• Contribute to business development efforts, identifying new opportunities within the engineering market.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' recruitment experience, with a proven specialization in engineering recruitment .
• Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and achieving placement targets.
• Solid understanding of various engineering disciplines and the associated skill sets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative skills.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model, balancing in-office collaboration in Glasgow with remote flexibility.
