About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their specialist Engineering division, operating remotely and supporting clients across the South West of England , including the Bristol region. This role demands a deep understanding of various engineering disciplines and the ability to connect highly skilled engineers with innovative companies. You will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing new business, and leading the recruitment process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients within the engineering sector .
• Source, vet, and interview highly skilled engineering professionals, including mechanical, electrical, civil, and software engineers.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract niche engineering talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Provide market intelligence on engineering talent trends and compensation.
• Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience through to successful placement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a strong specialisation in engineering recruitment .
• In-depth knowledge of various engineering disciplines and the relevant job market.
• Demonstrated success in business development and achieving recruitment targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage workload effectively and thrive in a fully remote setting.
