This role is instrumental in driving the success of recruitment for a wide array of engineering disciplines, from mechanical and electrical to civil and aerospace. You will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and mentoring junior members of the team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering roles at all levels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with engineering clients across various sectors.
• Source and attract high-calibre engineering talent through proactive candidate engagement.
• Mentor and guide junior recruitment consultants within the engineering team.
• Conduct market analysis and provide strategic advice on talent acquisition in the engineering field.
• Achieve and exceed placement targets and revenue goals for the engineering division.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a significant track record in Engineering recruitment.
• Deep understanding of engineering disciplines, market trends, and technical requirements.
• Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, combining office presence in Bristol with remote flexibility.
