Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for engineering positions, from junior to senior levels.
• Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract specialist engineering talent.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates for mechanical, civil, electrical, or related engineering roles.
