This is a crucial, office-based role where you will take ownership of developing new business and managing key accounts within the engineering and technical fields across Devon and Cornwall. You will leverage your extensive industry knowledge and recruitment expertise to connect top engineering talent with leading companies. Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development within the engineering sector, securing client mandates and expanding market share.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Source, screen, and effectively place engineering professionals, from junior engineers to senior management.
- Develop a deep understanding of the regional engineering market, including key employers and talent pools in Plymouth .
- Achieve and surpass challenging financial targets and performance objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on the engineering sector.
- Proven success in business development, client acquisition, and account management.
- In-depth knowledge of various engineering disciplines and technical roles.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work effectively in an office-based setting in Plymouth .
