Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage executive search assignments from initial client consultation to successful candidate placement.
• Conduct extensive market mapping and research to identify potential candidates for senior roles.
• Engage with and assess C-suite executives and senior management talent with utmost professionalism.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key clients and senior-level candidates.
• Prepare detailed search reports and present findings and recommendations to clients.
• Ensure confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards throughout the search process.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment.
• Proven success in conducting complex, retained searches for leadership positions.
