About the Role

You will be responsible for developing new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for finance professionals across South Wales and beyond. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business leads and secure new accounts within the financial services sector.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Source, screen, and interview high-calibre finance candidates for roles ranging from junior analysts to senior finance managers.
• Negotiate terms of business and offer packages, ensuring successful placements and client retention.
• Stay abreast of market trends and legislative changes affecting the finance sector and recruitment industry.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in recruitment , with a demonstrable specialization in the finance sector.
• Strong business development and sales skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Excellent understanding of financial roles, qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA), and industry practices.
• Proficiency in candidate sourcing techniques, including networking, database searching, and social media.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients and candidates.
