Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for finance professionals, including accountants, analysts, and financial managers.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients within the financial services industry across the Cambridge region and beyond.
• Proactively source and engage with qualified candidates, building robust talent pipelines for in-demand roles.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and career aspirations.
• Negotiate offers and manage the entire candidate journey to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
• Meet and exceed challenging placement and revenue targets for the finance sector.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a minimum of 3 years in financial recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in managing a finance recruitment desk and achieving targets.
• Strong knowledge of the finance sector and its key roles and terminology.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both an office and remote environment.
• Proficiency with recruitment databases and sourcing tools.
