Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for finance and accounting roles, from junior to senior levels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients within the financial services industry.

• Conduct detailed competency-based interviews and provide insightful candidate assessments.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment , with a strong focus on the Finance sector .
• Proven success in placing candidates in roles such as Accountants, Financial Analysts, and Investment Bankers.
• In-depth understanding of financial markets and industry regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
