Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for finance roles, including accountants, analysts, and financial managers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients within the finance industry.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both clients and candidates.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for placed candidates.
- Achieve and exceed agreed-upon recruitment targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a specialization in the finance sector.
