Our client, a specialist Recruitment Consultancy , is looking for a dedicated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their successful Finance division, operating remotely to serve clients across the UK. This role requires deep expertise in financial recruitment, the ability to cultivate lasting client relationships, and a passion for connecting top financial talent with leading organizations. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding intricate financial role requirements to sourcing candidates and facilitating placements. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for finance roles, including accountants, analysts, and finance managers.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract qualified finance professionals.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients in the financial services sector.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and career goals.
• Negotiate competitive compensation packages and manage the candidate onboarding process.
• Provide expert market insights and consultation to clients on financial talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruitment Consultancy , with a strong specialization in Finance recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates in accounting and finance roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage a desk effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Proficiency with ATS and online sourcing tools.
