About the Role

Our client, a reputable recruitment consultancy located in Belfast , is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in the Finance sector. You will take ownership of a busy desk, managing the end-to-end recruitment process for finance professionals across Northern Ireland. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial services market and a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates. You will play a key part in driving the growth of our finance recruitment vertical within Northern Ireland .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for finance professionals, from sourcing to placement.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients in the finance sector.
• Proactively source and engage with high-caliber finance candidates.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify recruitment trends and opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team placement targets within the finance division.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in recruitment, with a specialization in the Finance sector.
• Proven success in managing a busy recruitment desk and delivering results.
• Excellent understanding of financial roles and market dynamics.
