Our client, a leading Recruitment Consultancy , is seeking a dedicated Senior Recruitment Consultant to specialise in Graduate Recruitment within their Nottingham office. This role is crucial for identifying, engaging, and placing high-potential graduates with our clients' entry-level and early-career opportunities. You will build relationships with universities, attend career fairs, and develop tailored recruitment campaigns to attract emerging talent. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for graduate schemes and entry-level positions across various client sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with university career services and student societies.
- Design and implement effective attraction strategies, including online campaigns and campus events.
- Screen, assess, and interview graduate candidates, evaluating their potential and fit for client organisations.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the application and interview process.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their graduate talent needs and deliver bespoke recruitment solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on graduate or early-career recruitment.
- Proven ability to source, attract, and engage with large volumes of student and graduate candidates.
- Excellent understanding of university recruitment cycles and graduate assessment methodologies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with event management and relationship building with educational institutions.
