About the Role

This role requires a deep understanding of the graduate talent market and the ability to build strong relationships with both universities and client organizations. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for graduate programs, ensuring the successful identification and placement of high-potential early-career talent. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for graduate schemes, from attraction campaigns to final offer.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key universities and academic institutions.
• Partner with client hiring managers to understand their graduate talent needs and program objectives.
• Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre graduate candidates.
• Conduct screening interviews and assessment activities for candidates applying to graduate programs.
• Stay abreast of trends in the graduate recruitment market and advise clients accordingly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment , with a proven track record in graduate or early-career recruitment.
• Understanding of the university landscape and pathways into graduate employment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client programs simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media for candidate engagement.
