About the Role

Our client, a distinguished Recruitment Consultancy situated in Liverpool , is seeking an accomplished Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead and expand their Healthcare division. This pivotal role involves sourcing and placing essential healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, and allied health professionals, for a variety of NHS and private sector clients. You will be instrumental in building lasting partnerships, understanding complex staffing needs, and delivering exceptional talent solutions within this critical and demanding sector. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare professionals across various specializations.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in NHS trusts and private healthcare providers.
• Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified and compliant healthcare candidates.
• Conduct rigorous screening and vetting processes to ensure candidates meet all necessary qualifications and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding the client base within the healthcare sector in Liverpool and the surrounding regions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment, with a specialization in the healthcare sector .
• Proven track record of success in placing healthcare professionals, understanding their unique requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK healthcare landscape, including NHS and private sector dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, contributing from both our Liverpool office and remotely.
