Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for roles within the industrial and manufacturing sectors, from sourcing to placement.

• Proactively source candidates with specific skills in areas such as engineering, production, logistics, and quality control.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess technical proficiency and cultural fit.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a proven specialization in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering recruitment.
• Deep understanding of the operational landscape within manufacturing and industrial settings.
• Excellent candidate sourcing skills, utilizing job boards, social media, and networking.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities, with a client-centric approach.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
